COZEN Architecture + Lighting was established by Carolbeth Cozen, AIA in 1994. The firm has designed and supervised numerous award-winning residential, tenant improvement, restaurant and commercial projects in a variety of styles, from traditional to contemporary.

At Cozen Architecture, design begins with the basic premise that each site is individual and must be treated as such.  Each new project is seen as a new puzzle to be solved with unique approaches and solutions.

Cozen Architecture is deeply committed to developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and partners, as well as providing design outreach to the wider community. The firm takes pride in both quality design and the high level of service it offers.

Cozen Architecture continues to accept new structural and design challenges, building on its solid, wide-ranging background and recognition of record. The firm’s work has been featured on HGTV’s “Million Dollar Room,” in numerous leading design publications, in competition exhibitions, and on South Bay home tours.
