The detailing utilizes a variety of materials including wood, carbon steel, stainless steel bamboo, glass and plastic. Eliminating the need for any artificial lighting throughout the day became a crucial design element due to the current energy crisis in CA. The design and specifications were constantly aimed to accommodate a restrictive budget.
